Death by Corned Beef
Guess which child has managed to slice the top of his finger on a can of corned beef? Yes, that'd be William.I got a phone call from him the other day asking if I thought he should go to hospital as he'd managed to slit his finger open on a can of corned beef.
We decided in the end that he wouldn't bother. He did say though the the blood was pumping out in time with his heart and that he went dizzy and blind for a while after he did it. So over all, even though it didn't need stitches, it was still quite impressive!

The Local Mafia
Key members of the local CAMRA mafia were out in force last night, plotting what to put in the 2007 Good Beer Guide.I'm not quite sure where we went but it definitely involved going to Bramely and hanging around whilsst other Val navigated herself to Guildford via Dorking.

Blackberry
Soon I shall be working part time! As my father pointed out, nobody ever died wishing they had spent more time in the office.
On the down side, I've got to have a blackberry. But at least I can update my blog remotely over email, which is what I'm doing now so I'll doon see if it works.

After due consideration, there isn't a lot of my blog worth recovering so I'll just leave it!

It looks like I've got to move blogs. I did have a blog on free-conversant.com but the stupid thing has lost my blog. All the posts are still there but not linked to the blog. Ho hum I guess I'll see if I can extract my posts and post them back up here.

I've spent a very nice Saturday pootling around the country on my KTM. I started off going down to the New Forest. Whilst I was stopping for a break in Lyndhurst, a man with family in the car pulled over for a chat about KTMs. His family had to sit around waiting until we'd finished. Then it was off down to Bournemouth to order myself a new coat from Sutlers. This one here in fact: coat. It should take 6 to 8 weeks to turn up, so it'll be spring by then.
As it was such as nice day, I then went up to Salisbury to see if I could ride along any of the byways.
Well I didn't exactly ride anywhere too tricky put at least I didn't get stuck.
It was then a mad dash home to try and get back before Val went out. What do you know - she'd gone down the put before I returned.
